If you have an order inquiry, please write to custservice@mcsweeneys.net. We ask that you include your address and phone number, and the name on the order or subscription if it is different than yours.

A note about Address Changes:
All subscriptions purchased or renewed after April 2004 via the McSweeney's online store are accessible in your personal McSweeney's account. Whenever you return to the McSweeney's store, you just enter your personal login and password and you'll be able to manage your subscriptions (and address changes) forever and ever!

If you subscribed or renewed online before April 2004, through the mail, or over the phone, please submit any and all address changes to addresschanges@mcsweeneys.net.

We must receive your address change at least three weeks before a quarterly rollout. Books are not necessarily forwarded to new addresses, so it's best to get address changes in with plenty of time!

For the Believer:

If you have an order inquiry, please write customer@believermag.com. We ask that you include your address and phone number, and the name on the order or subscription if it is different than yours.

Since the Believer is a monthly magazine, please update your online account information or notify us as soon as possible with any address changes, to ensure uninterrupted service.
