Cliff Mayotte is an award winning educator and administrator with over twenty years of experience in the field. He currently serves as Education Program Director for Voice of Witness, where, among other recent projects, he has facilitated a partnership with Facing History and Ourselves. From 2000-2009, he was a full-time faculty member at San Francisco’s Lick-Wilmerding High School in the Visual and Performing Arts Department. He is the author of A Community Talking to Itself, a teaching guide for community-based storytelling. He is a recipient of the Beverly Kees Educator Award from the Northern California Chapter of The Society of Professional Journalists. From 1997-2000, Cliff served as the Education Director for the Tony award-winning Berkeley Repertory Theatre.
